What is the report? The report is a thirty-minute long appointment discussing the plan that will provide you with the best care possible in order to get you back to your best self. Your doctor will breakdown and educate you on your INSiGHT scans and any x-rays that were taken, as well as provide you with your adjustment schedule and any other recommendations that they may have.
Upon entering our office, you’ll be warmly greeted by our positive team. Start by checking in at the front desk, where we’ll assist you with any necessary paperwork, which is sent digitally before your appointment. If online forms can’t be completed beforehand, please arrive 15-20 minutes early. Afterward, a chiropractic assistant will give you a tour and guide you through our routine day-one education, including INSiGHT scans to assess your neurological health. The doctor will then conduct a consultation and examination, and if needed, x-rays will be taken with our state-of-the-art machine. Finally, you’ll receive your adjustment and schedule your follow-up visit.
After scheduling your first initial visit at Rise, our team will email and/or text over paperwork to ensure a seamless transition into our care. This will help the doctors connect with you and the care you are hoping to obtain in our office prior to coming in! Paperwork must be filled out before your initial visit, since our doctors need time to go over it to ensure you get the best care possible. If you plan to utilize insurance to cover your care, please upload your insurance cards to the specified section of the paperwork. With this, our staff are able to look into your benefits and coverage before your initial appointment. If insurance cards are not provided within twenty-four hours of the initial appointment, we will charge our Federally Discounted Rates.
